Granny Grumps Pups shall hereafter be referred to as the "Seller." The original purchasing party, and solely the original purchasing party, shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Buyer".

Buyer must have puppy taken to the vet within the first 24 hours for a health exam. If vet finds the puppy to be in unfit health buyer must return the puppy within 24 hours with vet documentation and registration paperwork. Seller shall replace the puppy with another puppy of equal value as soon as one is available. Common Puppy Symptoms are not cover by this guarantee. Hypoglycemic, Worms, Ear Mites, Diarrhea, Blood in stool, and Coughing

1. The Seller guarantees the health of the pet of the dog, for 1 year.

2. In the event of death of the pet within 6 months from its birth date due to disease, the Seller shall replace the pet with another of equivalent value.

3. In the event of the death of the pet due to genetically caused sickness or disease, after the first 6 months, the Seller shall issue a Granny Grumps Pups credit in the amount of 40% of the original purchase price of a replacement pet of equivalent value good for 90 days from date of death.

4. The Buyer is responsible for the daily health care and maintenance of the pet, including all immunizations and examination recommended after purchase, as well as providing necessary medication and follow-up treatments from all veterinarian visits.

5. The value of the pet for the purpose of this guarantee is solely the original purchase price and does not include any additional prices declared by the Buyer, such as value as a show dog, etc. This also includes any discount declared by the Seller. Seller sells pets for companion purposes only.

6. In the event this guarantee is exercised, the registration papers and this guarantee must be returned to the Seller.

7. The Seller guarantees the life of this pet for a period of eight (2) years.

8. In the event of the death of the pet due to accident, the Seller will issue a Granny Grumps Pups credit in the amount of forty percent (40%) of the original purchase price toward the purchase price of a replacement pet of equivalent value good for 90 days from date of death.

9. In the event of the death of the pet due to accident, a death certificate from a licensed veterinarian must be presented to the Seller within (24) hours of the accident.

10. The value of the pet for the purpose of this guarantee is solely the original purchase price and does not include additional prices declared by the Buyer, such as a show dog, etc. Seller sells pets for companionship only.

11. In the event this guarantee is exercised, the registration papers and this form must be returned to the Seller.

12. In the event that the pet is lost or stolen within eight (2) years from the date of birth, the Seller will issue a Granny Grumps Pups credit in the amount of forty percent (40%) of the original purchase price towards the purchase price of a replacement pet of equivalent value good for 90 days from date of death.

13. In the event that the pet is lost or stolen, the Buyer must advertise the lost pet in a major local newspaper for a period of one week starting twenty four (24) hours after the loss. In addition, the buyer must notify the police, Humane Society and Animal Control of the loss.

14. The Buyer must present the Seller with copies of: the police report, the advertisement, and paid advertisement bill in order to receive this guarantee.

15. The value of the pet for the purpose of this guarantee is solely the original purchase price, and does not include any additional prices declared by the Buyer, such as a show dog, etc.

16. In order for this agreement to stand, your new puppy must be given NUVet wafers (a supplement) daily. You may order by calling 1-800-474-7044. Your key code is 80440. These wafers must be given daily for the life of the dog or this guarantee is void.

17. In Order for this agreement to stand, your new puppy registration papers must be filled out and submitted to the appropriate registration agency.

In the event that any aspect of this agreement is contested, the Seller is entitled to reimbursement to all costs and fees in defending that you have received such a certificate.

In order to maintain the limited guarantees outlined herein, the Buyer must have all annual immunizations done by a dully licensed veterinarian.

This guarantee is non-transerable. In the event that Granny Grumps Pups discontinues business or is sold, this guarantee is null and/or void. The dog must be in good physical condition. No replacement will be given if the female has been bred. No replacement will be given if breeds that are known to be acceptable to hip dysplasia are over weight or over exercised. No replacement if the registration application form has expired. You must follow a licensed veterinarians recommended dog food program. All dogs must not be over exercised during their growth period. All of the above mentioned conditions must be met or all guarantees above are void. All laboratory verification must be done by a licensed vet. The Buyer is responsible for all costs from this day forward. Seller is not responsible for any and all veterinarian expenses accumulated on replaced or returned dog or puppy. Sellers sells pets for companion purposes only. No cash refunds. Granny Grumps Pups credit only.

Agreement represents the total agreement between Granny Grumps Pups and the buyer and no other terms or conditions shall be valid to this sale.
